Echo Kellum (born 29 August 1982; age 42) is an American actor who portrayed a Titan command lieutenant in LD: "No Small Parts".
Kellum previously appeared on NTSF:SD:SUV::, which also featured Paul Scheer, Kate Mulgrew, and Rebecca Romijn, and provided voice-work in several episodes of Rick and Morty. He is best known for his role on the TV series Arrow.
