Elaina Vescio was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century.
In 2365, she was the commander of the Federation starship NCC-31054. Her name was listed in the Starship Deploy Status chart that was on display in the courtroom of Starbase 173. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man", okudagram)
Vescio was named after TNG set security staffer Elaina M. Vescio.
