Ensign Ellis was a male Human Starfleet command division officer in the 2380s.
By 2380, Ellis and Lieutenant Sanderson were merged at the abdomen due to a neutrino field transporter accident. This resulted in their becoming virtual Siamese twins, with "two of (almost) everything." The Division 14 transport Osler ferried them from their posting to "The Farm" on Endicronimas V to be looked at by medical specialists. En route, they briefly participated in an uprising aboard the ship, when they were convinced The Farm wasn't real. (LD: "Much Ado About Boimler")
