Captain Emily "Emmy" Bosch was a Starfleet officer active in the 2390s, and an old friend of Raffaela Musiker. Musiker claimed to know where Bosch's bodies were buried.
In 2399, Musiker convinced Bosch to grant Jean-Luc Picard Federation diplomatic credentials so he could parlay with Hugh, the executive director of the Borg Reclamation Project. Shortly after, she told her not to call her again. (PIC: "The Impossible Box")
