Emily Debinie is an actress who appeared as an Akaali citizen in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Civilization". As a background actress she received no credit for this appearance and was identified by the call sheets of the episode.

She appeared in the television war drama Live from Baghdad (2002, with Bruce McGill, John Carroll Lynch, Andrew Borba, Kevin Brief, Carole Davis, Brian George, Joel Swetow, and Castulo Guerra), the drama Sharia (2016), the short drama Fruits of My Honor (2017), and the war drama Battle Fields (2018).

Debinie also lent her voice to the video game SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs (2003, along with Michael Clarke Duncan, Larry Cedar, Greg Ellis, Jim Ward, Dee Bradley Baker, and James Horan) and the Marvel Comics sequel X-Men: Apocalypse (2016, with Fraser Aitcheson, Stan Lee, Conrad Coates, and Jason Deline and written, directed, and produced by Bryan Singer).
