Epic Records is a major American record label, which released the soundtrack for Star Trek V: The Final Frontier in 1989.
Epic Records was founded in 1953 in Los Angeles, part of the Columbia Records label, then a division of CBS. Today it is part of Sony Music Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Corp. of America.
