Epsilon Outpost 10 was a Federation Epsilon Outpost operated by Starfleet. This outpost was located in the Beta Quadrant and was near the Federation-Klingon border.

History[]

In 2257, during the first Federation-Klingon War, this outpost was occupied by the Klingons. (DIS: "The War Without, The War Within")

Stellar cartography[]

In 2256, this outpost's location was labeled on the star chart "Alpha/Beta Quadrant Overview" in the ready room aboard the USS Discovery. (DIS: "Magic to Make the Sanest Man Go Mad")

In 2259, the location of this outpost was labeled on a stellar cartography chart that was seen on the USS Enterprise's ready room viewscreen. The outpost had been returned to the Federation. (SNW: "Strange New Worlds")

In the early 24th century, the location of this outpost was labeled in a chart used during a Section 31 Alpha Team briefing. (Star Trek: Section 31)

This outpost was only mentioned in writing.
The name of this outpost comes from the source material – the Star Trek: Star Charts (pp. 62-63) – used for the series' star charts. In the episodes, only the outpost's designation was mentioned.
This outpost's location was not seen in the episode "Spock Amok", where it was stated that the Federation had limited access to the Beta Quadrant.
