Epsilon West IV was the name of an inhabited fourth planet, in an okudagram in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Inheritance". The planet was named for director of photography Jonathan West. The planet's name did not appear in the remastered episode version of the database. According to the commercial transport database graphic in the original episode, in 2328, Mark Stimson boarded a transport ship at Balder's Planet bound for Epsilon West IV. He had also purchased a return trip option but the return flight was not confirmed.
