Data pets holographic Arabian horse ridden by Picard

Data pets a horse being ridden by Picard in the Equestrian Adventure program

Equestrian Adventure, described as "Horse riding in an open country side with a choice of…" was a holographic program specifically designed for horseback riding.

In 2365, Captain Jean-Luc Picard ran the program at least twice on the USS Enterprise-D during the mission to the Selcundi Drema sector. During his first attempt, he was accompanied by Deanna Troi, who declined his invitation to join him in riding; however, just as Picard was about to mount the Arabian horse he had selected, he was summoned to the bridge. Weeks later on the same mission, Data found Picard riding in the same program. (TNG: "Pen Pals")

The simulation was also available aboard the USS Enterprise-E in 2373. (Star Trek: First Contact)
