Erika Flores (born 2 November 1979; age 44) is the actress who played Marissa Flores in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Disaster". She filmed her scenes on Monday 19 August 1991, Wednesday 21 August 1991, Friday 23 August 1991, and Tuesday 27 August 1991 on Paramount Stage 8, 9, and 16.
Between 1993 and 1995 she portrayed Colleen Cooper in the drama series Doctor Quinn, Medicine Woman during the first three seasons and prior to her replacement Jessica Bowman. In the television pilot of Dr. Quinn, she co-starred with Colm Meaney; the series also co-starred Chad Allen and Joe Lando and featured Barbara Babcock, Frank Collison, Hélène Udy, and Gail Strickland. Her sister Melissa Flores was also a featured regular character.
Prior to her work on Doctor Quinn, Flores had supporting roles in the television movies Kaleidoscope (1990, with Terry O'Quinn, Penny Johnson and Ben Lemon), Switched at Birth (1991, with Ben Slack), The Owl (1991, with Alan Scarfe, David Selburg and Brian Thompson), She Woke Up (1992), Bloodlines: Murder in the Family (1993, with Clancy Brown, Chris Demetral, David Spielberg, Joel Polis, Ed Wiley, James Gleason, Paul Collins, Cory Danziger, Biff Yeager, David Cowgill, Nikki Cox, and David Gautreaux), and Visions of Murder (1993, with Joan Pringle, Jack Shearer, Ray Reinhardt, Terry O'Quinn, and Cully Fredricksen).
Flores received four Young Artist Award nominations for her work on The Owl, Kaleidoscope, Switched at Birth, and Doctor Quinn, Medicine Woman in 1991, 1992, and 1994.
