Ernest "Ernie" Carl Mirich, Jr. (born 9 March 1965; age 59) is the actor and director who appeared as a Ten Forward waiter in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Relics" in 1992.
Mirich was married to Star Trek: Enterprise guest actress Melinda Clarke. They have one daughter, Catherine Grace, born in 2001. He is the owner of the production company Tattered Souls, which produced the drama Critics and other Freaks (1997, starring Melinda Clarke and with Brian Tochi) and the film Cold Sweet (2002), also with his wife. For the previous one, he served as producer, writer, and director, for the latter one as director.
As an actor, Mirich had parts in the Soldier of Fortune, Inc. episode "Charade" (1998) alongside his wife and in the independent film Bel Air (2000). In 2010 he received special thanks in the end credits of the documentary GasHole.
