Etheria was a dabo girl in Quark's in 2372.

She attended the auction at Quark's where Rom and Nog sold off Nog's childhood possessions before his start at the Starfleet Academy. (DS9: "Little Green Men")

She was among the employees of Quark's who went on strike because of a pay cut and lack of sick pay, joining the Guild of Restaurant and Casino Employees that the disgruntled workers had founded. Together with Rom, Leeta, Broik, Frool, and Grimp she tried to pay the customers on the Promenade for not visiting Quark's. (DS9: "Bar Association")

When Quark was questioned by Ch'Pok, a Klingon prosecutor during the trial of Worf on Deep Space 9, about what the Ferengi overheard about the attack conducted by Worf on a Klingon ship, Quark said that it was when Dr. Julian Bashir was talking to Etheria. However, Quark then believed it was another dabo girl, either Glidia or Midia, before realizing it was actually Ralidia, and she was actually with Morn, not Bashir. (DS9: "Rules of Engagement")

Etheria was played by an unknown actress.
