Exo-Port was a location.
In 2401, the SS Eleos XII fled to Exo-Port after being attacked by an unknown enemy at Kaphar. The same force attacked them again at Exo-Port where, according to Jack Crusher, "three guys in Starfleet uniforms tried to Prime Directive [him] into an early grave." After they escaped into space, an enemy vessel forcibly docked with the Eleos XII. Doctor Beverly Crusher managed to defeat the boarding party and initiate another warp jump to the Ryton system, but was critically injured in the process. (PIC: "The Next Generation", "Disengage")
After their mission to Daystrom Station, Worf and Commander Raffi Musiker traveled to Exo-Port to monitor Starfleet Security. They returned to the USS Titan-A after finding no mention of Captain William T. Riker being in custody. (PIC: "Dominion")
