During the Dominion War, the planet was the site of a military camp and relay station. In 2375, the Klingon General Martok destroyed the base before the Cardassian defenders could react, earning him a great victory. (DS9: "Once More Unto the Breach")
In 3190, Captain Michael Burnham promoted betting on Lieutenant Commander Joann Owosekun in a ring fight match on the Karma Barge by calling her "the most ferocious fighter this side of Felton Prime." (DIS: "All In")

This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Cardassian Union as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
