Sorcerer

"He's a sorcerer, that one, he reads the thoughts in my brain!"

A sorcerer was a practitioner of sorcery.

The fictional wizard named Pollux was a character from a children's book that was also often referred to as a sorcerer. In 2259, Spock had briefly assumed the role of this sorcerer when a sentient nebula transformed the crew of the Enterprise into characters from the book. (SNW: "The Elysian Kingdom")

In 2266, the Romulan Commander considered James T. Kirk to be a sorcerer, as he seemed to be able to anticipate the commander's strategies. (TOS: "Balance of Terror")

In the late 2260s, sorcerers were common in the alternate universe of Megas-Tu, a planet where magic was commonplace among the natives. (TAS: "The Magicks of Megas-Tu")

In 2371, Freya asked The Doctor if he were a sorcerer, due to his knowing her name without having previously met her. (VOY: "Heroes and Demons")

Similarly, in 2376 Neelix said that Fair Haven villagers must have thought that the USS Voyager crew were some kind of sorcerers, given their apparent ability to practice magic. (VOY: "Spirit Folk")
