Yteppa was a Kobliad woman who assisted the Obsidian Order in kidnapping Kira Nerys in 2371.
Yteppa followed Kira aboard the transport she was taking to Bajor, and was involved in her abduction sometime after leaving the spaceport for Elemspur Detention Center.
Yteppa later arrived on Cardassia with Kira, and following Kira's surgical alteration, assisted Entek, who was using Kira to frame Tekeny Ghemor, in reviving her with a hypospray. Upon Kira's revival and query as to where she was at, Yteppa assured her that "it's all right. You're safe." (DS9: "Second Skin")
Yteppa was played by Cindy Katz.
