The Flag of the Romulan Free State was the official flag of the Romulan Free State. It consisted of a stylized, red Romulan emblem centered on a black background.
The flag was on display, alongside many others, at Starfleet Academy during a graduation ceremony in 2401. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")
