Frank Military (born 30 November 1961; age 63) is an actor, producer, writer, and director who played Biddle Coleridge in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episodes "Past Tense, Part I" and "Past Tense, Part II".
In the 1980s, he was a writer for the hit show Miami Vice. His "Past Tense" co-star, Bill Smitrovich, made several appearances on the show. Currently, he is a producer and writer on NCIS. That series stars Alan Dale in a recurring role.
He appeared in some films, some of his acting film credits include Dead Bang (1989, also starring Robert F. Shugrue), and the film Last Exit to Brooklyn (1989, with Jerry Rector, James Harper, Camille Saviola, and Mike Starr).
Aside from his duties as a writer and producer, he has made guest appearances on Miami Vice and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation themselves, as well as in Superboy and The X-Files.
