Frank Springer (6 December 19292 April 2009; age 79) is a well-known American comic book artist and writer. He began his career in the mid-1950s and worked almost constantly until the mid-1990s. He is well known for his pencil work on Marvel Comics' Dazzler. He is also notorious for his work with Michael O'Donoghue in creating The Adventures of Phoebe Zeit-Geist, an adult comic strip that was a sensation in the United States in the mid-1960s.

He did the inking on one issue of Marvel's Star Trek run, #9 "Experiment in Vengeance!".
