Ensign Freddy Bristow was an officer aboard the USS Voyager while it was stranded in the Delta Quadrant. He was described by Tom Paris as "tall [and] good looking." He also allegedly was a good Parrises squares player, but had been soundly defeated by B'Elanna Torres once.

In 2373, Freddy had a crush on Torres and made excuses to hang around USS Voyager's engineering section in order to be near her. When Paris confronted her about it, she called Bristow a child and assured Paris she could deal with it herself. Shortly after, Paris suggested he and Torres take part in a holoprogram of Sailing on Lake Como sometime when she was free. Torres replied that she'd rather take her chances with Bristow. (VOY: "The Swarm")
