Fried chicken is a popular Human food, made from the meat of a chicken, deep fried.

According to his dinner menu, Chef planned to serve fried chicken with scalloped potatoes and Minaran spinach on August 12^nd, 2152. However, he fell ill, and Ensign Hoshi Sato replaced the menu with some of her family's recipe for oden. (ENT: "Singularity")

Fried chicken was one of B'Elanna Torres' favorite foods. While she was pregnant, Tom Paris sometimes surprised her with a dish of fried chicken. However, once when the Doctor impersonated her, he almost gave away his cover by yelling at him that a pregnant woman shouldn't be eating fried chicken, and it could give her an arterial occlusion.
