Crewman Fuller was a male Human assigned to Enterprise (NX-01). Malcolm Reed has been quoted as saying "He knew the torpedo systems better than anyone,"
He was killed when the Osaarian pirates boarded Enterprise. (ENT: "Anomaly")
There was also a female crewman Fuller (female) aboard Enterprise. However, there was no indication that these two were related.
Fuller was the first fatality among Enterprise's crew.
