The Galileo II (NCC-17017) was a Federation Class F shuttlecraft that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-23rd century, attached to the USS Enterprise. This was the third shuttle named Galileo aboard the Enterprise.

In 2269, Galileo was stolen from the starship by Dr. Sevrin and his followers during their quest for the mythological planet of Eden. The shuttle was later recovered. (TOS: "The Way to Eden")

It was unknown whether or not this was actually the second Galileo, simply renamed.
According to the reference work Ships of the Line (p. 74), the Galileo II was the last operational Class F shuttlecraft when she was retired. This shuttle was later put up for display at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum.
