Garrison True (born 14 March 1934; age 86) played the role of an unnamed security guard in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "The Man Trap". Despite having dialogue, he received no credit for his appearance and filmed his scenes on Friday 24 June 1966 at Desilu Stage 9.

He began his Hollywood career with appearances in Petticoat Junction in 1964 as Henry Brewster, and had scattered appearances in various other television series until the mid-1990s, including a number of episodes of General Hospital in 1981 as Hal Tomlinson. He has also worked as a casting director and as a dialogue coach in a number of television mini-series, made for television feature films, episodic television and theatrical motion pictures.

Currently, he is working as an acting teacher in Simi Valley, California.
