Garth Kemp (born 6 February 1952; age 73) is the actor who provided the voice of "The Face" in Star Trek: Picard third season episodes "No Win Scenario" and "Dominion".

Kemp was born in San Diego and grew up in Los Angeles. He received a degree in meteorology from the University of Denver in 1978. He worked as a weatherman for several radio and television stations, most prominently the KABC-TV in Los Angeles for their Eye on LA program between 1996 and 2015. After his departure from KABC-TV (allegedly due to his astringent remarks on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West), he worked as a freelancer weatherman for the CBS-owned station KCBC-KCAL.

Since 2008, Garth has also been working as a freelance voice-over artist and voice actor. Among others, he provided narration for movie trailers, network promos, commercials, and voiced the martial arts "UFC Journey" series for ESPN.
