Gavin Chase (born 19 February 1962; age 62) is an actor and model who worked as background actor on several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. As background actor he received no credit for his appearances.

Born as Lee-Anthony Jones in Chicago, Illinois, he made his first step into acting with the role of the butler in the play "You Can't Take It With You" in junior high school. Years later, while attending Loyola University's School of Medicine, he was discovered by the Suzanne Johnson Modeling Agency. After moving to New York he signed with the Ford Modeling Agency and started studied acting.

For the Off West Broadway Theatre Company in Tribeca, New York, Chase performed in plays such as "Fences", "The Best Man", "The Baby Dance", and "Cop".

Among his earlier television roles are episodes of the daytime soaps Another World (1989) and One Life to Live (1990-1991, with Anthony Crivello, Joe Lando, and John Loprieno) and guest roles in Law & Order (1992 and 1997, with Paul Sorvino, Richard Poe, and Henry Stram). Other credits include the mystery drama Jacob's Ladder (1990, with Jason Alexander, Brent Hinkley, and Becky Ann Baker), the drama Catherine's Grove (1997), the comedy In & Out (1997, with Becky Ann Baker and Whoopi Goldberg), the talk show Late Night with Conan O'Brien (1998), and the daytime soap Sunset Beach (1999, with Ann Gillespie).

Chase had guest roles in episodes of Lizzie McGuire (2001, with Hallie Todd), The District (2001, with Roger Aaron Brown and Ashley Edner), General Hospital (2003, with Robin Christopher), Crossing Jordan (2005, with Miguel Ferrer and Caryn Mower and directed by Roxann Dawson), Still Standing (2006, with Todd Stashwick), and Samantha Who? (2007, with Tim Russ). More recently, he completed filming on the television comedy Focus Groups (2016).
