Glyrhond River

The Glyrhond River was a river on the planet Bajor.

The river was a natural border between the Paqu Province and Navot Province since the treaty of 2279. During the Cardassian Occupation, the river was used for mining operations and diverted twenty kilometers west.

In "The Storyteller", the Paqu and Navot were only referred to as "factions".

In 2369, a compromise was reached between the Paqu and Navot, whereby the land gained by the Paqu was returned to the Navot and the right to free trade access to both sides of the river was established. (DS9: "The Storyteller")

In 2401, Admiral Jean-Luc Picard kept a map of Bajor's major archaeological sites in the study at Château Picard that identified the Glyrhond River near the Lonar Province, extending into the Navot Province. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")

The Glyrhond River was labeled on a Star Trek: Deep Space Nine production map of Bajor that writer Robert Hewitt Wolfe maintained, as well as a map of archaeological sites created for Star Trek: Picard. [1]^(X) [2]
