Hair tonic was a liquid beauty product that improved the appearance of hair.
While stranded on Dilmer III in 2382, Lieutenant jg T'Lyn created an effective and popular hair tonic from a natural protein filament enhancer she discovered in the skin of the shnoop fruit. This allowed her to earn money without breaking the Prime Directive. T'Lyn later used some hair tonic to bribe a Dilmerian official to let Beckett Mariner out of jail. (LD: "Fully Dilated")
