Hanna-Lee Sakakibara (born 2 September 1984; age 41) is an actress and dancer who played a Romulan rebel in the Star Trek: Picard second season episode "Penance".
She was born in Jerusalem, Israel to a Japanese father and an Australian mother. She started dancing at the age of 4. At 16, she was critically injured when the third floor of the Versailles wedding hall in Jerusalem collapsed during a wedding party, killing 23 people and injuring 380, but resumed her fledging career and got accepted to Alvin Ailey Dance School in New York City a year later.
After graduating from Ailey, she began working as a dancer in commercials, television series, and films. Later, she turned to acting, and appeared in bit and supporting roles in films such as 2008's College Road Trip and 2012's Rock of Ages, and series like Glee, Lucifer, The Young and the Restless, and CSI: Vegas (with Paul Guilfoyle and Wallace Langham).
