Lieutenant Commander Hars Adislo was a Bolian male Starfleet officer. Adislo was the author of a paper on thermionic transconductance.
In 2374, Hars attended the Nel Bato Conference where he first met Captain Jean-Luc Picard.
He visited the USS Enterprise-E in 2375 for the reception celebrating the Evora becoming a Federation protectorate, where he met Picard again and inquired whether he had read his paper. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
Hars Adislo was played by actor John Hostetter in his only Star Trek appearance.
