Alternate reality
Lieutenant Hawkins was a communications officer aboard the USS Enterprise in the alternate reality.
In 2258, after Hawkins was unable to distinguish Romulan language from the Vulcan language, Captain Christopher Pike ordered Nyota Uhura, who spoke all three dialects of Romulan, to relieve Hawkins at the communications station, which she did. (Star Trek)
Hawkins was played by Oz Perkins in his only Star Trek appearance.
