"Hazardous Images" was a science fiction story written by Herbert Rossoff for the September 1953 issue of Incredible Tales magazine. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
As an in-joke, this work's title is suspiciously similar to that of Harlan Ellison's groundbreaking science fiction short story anthology Dangerous Visions. "Hazardous Images" is also mentioned on the cover of the novelization of Far Beyond the Stars.
