Heather Rattray (born 25 April 1965; age 59) is an actress who appeared as an operations officer throughout the run of Star Trek: Voyager. As a background actress she received no credit for her appearances. Rattray filled in as stand-in for Jeri Ryan for one day of the production of the fourth season episode "Hunters" before Joyce Lasley and Brita Nowak continued to work as stand-in for Ryan. The previous stand-in, Cameron, left the production.
Rattray is the younger sister of actor Laird Macintosh who took their mother's maiden name. She was discovered by a film producer in 1976 and appeared with actor Robert Logan in the family movies Across the Great Divide (1976, with Frank Salsedo), The Sea Gypsies (1978, music by Fred Steiner), The Further Adventures of the Wilderness Family (1978), and Mountain Family Robinson (1979, stunt coordination by Monty Cox).
In 1988 she had a recurring role as Wendy in the daily soap The Guiding Light and in 1995 she worked as stand-in on the action comedy For Better or Worse, starring and directed by Jason Alexander. She also appeared on a number of magazine covers such as "Soap Opera Digest" and "Soap Opera Weekly". [1] [2]
Further acting credits include the horror comedy Basket Case 2 (1990, with Ted Sorel and Matt Malloy), episodes of The Home Court (1996, with Charles Rocket and Mike Hagerty) and Alright Already (1997, with Maury Sterling and Clint Carmichael), a recurring role as Lily Walsh Snyder in the daily soap As the World Turns (1998, with regulars Kathryn Hays and Peter Parros), and the crime drama The Theory of the Leisure Class (2001, with Jon Cellini and Christopher McDonald).
