Doctor Henry Frankenstein was a character in the 1931 film Frankenstein, portrayed by actor Colin Clive.
T'Pol considered him less interesting than his creation. (ENT: "Horizon")
The character was called Victor Frankenstein in the book.
The final draft script of ENT: "Affliction" referenced Frankenstein, as that document speculated about a Klingon lab on Qu'Vat, "If Doctor Frankenstein lived in the 22nd Century, he might work in a place like this."
