Holna IV was the fourth planet in its star system. This planet possessed large quantities of mizainite.

During the war, the planet was captured by the Dominion. In Damar and Weyoun's proposed changes to the Federation-Cardassian border in 2374, Holna IV would have ended up in Federation hands. Lauren once said that the mizainite could have kept the Dominion's shipyards running for years, but the Dominion were willing to cede it to the Federation in order to get control of the Kabrel system. (DS9: "Statistical Probabilities")

"HOLE-nuh" was the pronunciation for this planet's name from the script pronunciation guide. [1]
