Imzadi (pronounced em-ZAH-dee) is a Betazed word most closely translated as "beloved." It is frequently used as a term of endearment. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint", "Haven", "Skin of Evil", "Shades of Gray", "Violations", and more)

Deanna Troi called out Imzadi as Commander William T. Riker was being held captive by Armus on Vagra II. (TNG: "Skin of Evil")

Troi called Riker Imzadi as he lay suffering from the microorganism that had attacked his nervous system. (TNG: "Shades of Gray")
