Inside Star Trek - The Real Story was the LaserDisc release of the documentary Inside Star Trek - The Real Story, itself based on the reference book Inside Star Trek: The Real Story by Herbert F. Solow and Robert H. Justman.
Only available in Japan, this disc contained the original English-language audio track with Japanese subtitles burnt in, though the text imprints on the sleeve back cover were mostly in Japanese.
To date, no other home video format releases, besides the 1998 north-American and the 1998/1999 UK and Dutch VHS counterpart releases, are known to exist.
