Internal bleeding or internal hemorrhage was a loss of blood that occurred from the vascular system into a body cavity or space.

In 2364, Whalen was left with massive internal bleeding after being shot by Felix Leech in holodeck 3 on the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "The Big Goodbye")

In 2367, Tava found that "Rivas Jakara" (Will Riker) was bleeding internally as a result of being assaulted while trying to escape the Sikla Medical Facility. (TNG: "First Contact")

In 2372, Julian Bashir said that transferring Kirayoshi O'Brien back to his mother Keiko from Kira Nerys' womb would likely cause massive internal hemorrhage in Kira, making it unviable to do so. (DS9: "Body Parts")

In 2374, Kathryn Janeway suffered internal bleeding after beaming aboard the USS Voyager from an exploding Borg cube. (VOY: "Scorpion, Part II")

Soon after, Bashir was able to stop Keevan's internal hemorrhaging surgically, amongst other injuries. (DS9: "Rocks and Shoals")

Later that year, B'Elanna Torres suffered internal bleeding after Dejaren had reached into her chest. The Doctor later corrected this back on Voyager. (VOY: "Revulsion")

Soon after, a Voyager crewmember suffered from internal bleeding just prior to her death. (VOY: "Scientific Method")

Some months later in an alternate timeline, Torres again received internal bleeding during a Krenim attack. (VOY: "Year of Hell")

Also that year, an Alpha Hirogen was discovered with massive internal bleeding following an attack by a member of species 8472. (VOY: "Prey")

Several weeks later, The Doctor complained that the last Voyager crewmember that had been treated by a Hirogen medic was brought back into sickbay with internal bleeding. (VOY: "The Killing Game")

In 2375, One suffered internal bleeding after surviving the destruction of a Borg sphere. (VOY: "Drone")

Soon after, The Doctor discovered evidence of internal bleeding in Torres, among other injuries caused by Torres' frequent use of the holodeck with the safety protocols disabled. (VOY: "Extreme Risk")

Later, following the crash landing of the Delta Flyer, Samantha Wildman suffered from internal bleeding. (VOY: "Once Upon a Time")

Months after, Tuvok received internal bleeding after being assaulted by members of Yost's species. (VOY: "Gravity")

In 2399, Bruce Maddox received massive abdominal hemorrhaging as he was being tortured by Bjayzl' thugs. After being transported to the sickbay aboard La Sirena, he received hematic microrepair treatment. However, this treatment was abruptly terminated by Agnes Jurati, resulting in critical organ failure and the death of Maddox. (PIC: "Stardust City Rag")
