Ion-transtator
An ion-transtator was a type of tool that was in use during the 23rd century.
Such an item was contained among the items held in an Andorian chest discovered aboard an old derelict freighter in 2373. The chest and its contents were later auctioned at Quark's, and won by Elias Giger. The ion-transtator was the item of particular interest to Giger, who used it for his cellular regeneration and entertainment chamber. (DS9: "In the Cards")
