Jack Donner (29 October 192821 September 2019; age 90) was the actor who made his first Star Trek appearance as Sub-Commander Tal in the Star Trek: The Original Series third season episode "The Enterprise Incident". He filmed his scenes on Friday 21 June 1968 at Desilu Stage 9. Thirty-six years later, he portrayed the Vulcan priest in the Star Trek: Enterprise fourth season episodes "Home" and "Kir'Shara".

Along with Majel Barrett, Joseph Ruskin, Vince Deadrick, and Clint Howard, he is one of only five actors to appear in both TOS and ENT. He and Deadrick are the only ones of the five who did not appear on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
