Jacquelyn Masche is an actress who appeared as a parent in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The First Duty" in 1992. She filmed her scenes on Friday 31 January 1992 and Monday 3 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16.
Masche had a short but memorable part as Rodney Eastman's mother Mrs. Crusel in the horror sequel A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master in 1988 on which she worked with fellow Trek performers Lisa Wilcox, Brooke Bundy, Maria R. Kelly, and Kimberly L. Ryusaki. Scenes of her were later featured in the 2010 documentary Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy.
Masche also appeared in episodes of Santa Barbara (1987, with Michael Durrell) and Highway to Heaven (1988, with Christine Healy and David A. Kimball) and had supporting roles in the action film Fire in the Night (1986, with Peter Henry Schroeder), the comedy Beach Balls (1988, with Parker Whitman), the horror film The Blob (1988, with Frank Collison, Richard Anthony Crenna, and Rick Avery), and the horror comedy Repossessed (1990, with Willie Garson, Barbara Alyn Woods, John Copage, Norman Large, and Ian Abercrombie).
