Jake Sakson (born 1990; age ~35) is the actor who portrayed Adar in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "Counterpoint".
Sakson was born in Aspen, Colorado and received a Young Artist Award nomination in 2000 for Best Performance in a TV Movie or Pilot – Young Actor Age Ten or Under for his portrayal of Darwin McCausland in the television fantasy film Don't Look Under the Bed on which Jill Rockow and Rick Stratton worked in the make-up department.
Sakson made his first on-screen appearances in the television movie For the Future: The Irvine Fertility Scandal (1996, with Castulo Guerra, Alicia Coppola, Lisa Chess, Marva Hicks, and Cristine Rose) and Trojan War (1997, with Allan Graf and Mary McCusker).
These appearances were followed by guest roles in Beverly Hills, 90210 (1998, with Philip Boyd), Chicago Hope (1998, starring Jayne Brook, with Ellen Bry, Steven Culp, Jay Karnes, and Ted Rooney), Boy Meets World (1998, starring William Daniels), Mr. Show with Bob and David (1998), 7th Heaven (1999, starring Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks, with Christopher Michael, and Gabrielle Union), Charmed (1999, directed by Richard Compton), and Hang Time (1999, with Megan Parlen).
