Jason "Jay" Christopher Kirk is a key scenic artist.
He has worked as Key Scenic on every episode of Star Trek: Discovery save the pilot, "The Vulcan Hello". In addition to this, he worked on all of the live action episodes of Star Trek: Short Treks in the same role.
Other TV shows and films he has worked on include the 2012 Total Recall, Dan For Mayor, Pixels, Crimson Peak, Suicide Squad, and Incorporated.
In universe, the Tactical Ops personnel J. Kirk and J. Kirk (mirror) on the Discovery and ISS Discovery dedication plaques are named after him.
