Jeffrey "Jeff" R. Bellamy worked on the props in the art department of Star Trek: Enterprise. He received no on-screen credit but is listed on several call sheets, also as Jeff Bellemy and Jeff Belemy.

Bellamy started to work as property master in the late '70s on the television series Fantasy Island (1977) and Hart to Hart (1979). In the '80s he worked as property master on the television series Enos (1980-1981), The Fall Guy (with Gene Kelley, Brent W. Bell, and Kurt V. Hulett), Fantasy Island (1984), Dynasty (1984), Lime Street (1985-1987), The Greatest American Hero (1986), and Houston Knights (1987). Film credits as property master include the television thriller Outrage! (1986, with Joseph Musso), the television special The Return of Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer (1986), the drama Destination America (1987), the thriller Benefit of the Doubt (1993), and the television drama Roseanne: An Unauthorized Biography (1994).

In the early '90s he worked as assistant property master and second unit property master on the drama series Beverly Hills 90210 (1990-1994), followed by David E. Kelley's drama series Ally McBeal, the comedy Leave It to Beaver (1997, with Craig Binkley) and the adventure The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story (1998).

Further credits as property master include the science fiction series FreakyLinks (2000-2001), the television special The Pretender 2001 (2001), the short film The Follow (2001, with Rod Stoick), the drama Skinwalkers (2002, with Rod Stoick), the thriller Torque (2004, with Lloyd A.
