[1] [2] A Trekkie, Bezos is also the founder of aerospace company Blue Origin and an investor in Wikia. [3] He is currently the fourth richest man in the world.
He played Star Trek games as a child and has a model of the USS Enterprise in the HQ of his aeronautical and space research firm Blue Origin. [4] He also claims Amazon's Voice Recognition Program "Alexa" was part inspired by ship's computers. On the set of Beyond, Bezos turned up with a number of bodyguards. Chris Pine confessed he did not recognize him but realized he was someone of importance.
