Jeff Clark is the actor who appeared as a holographic Starfleet officer in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Flesh and Blood". As a background performer he received no credit for this appearance and was identified by the call sheet of the day of filming.
Clark filmed his scenes on 31 August 2000 on location at the Warner Brothers backlot.
