Jill Sherman Donner (nee Sherman) wrote "Captive Pursuit", a first-season episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She also made uncredited contributions to the script of the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Rascals".

She was married to the late noted director Robert Donner.
Outside Star Trek, Donner also wrote (and produced) for The Incredible Hulk, Voyagers!, Baywatch and was a creative consultant on Freddy's Nightmares.
