Jim Burk (14 November 193210 March 2009; age 76) was a stuntman and stunt actor who performed stunts in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

Burk performed in films such as Flame of Araby (1951), Pony Express (1953), The Big Country (1958), John Wayne's The Alamo (1960), The Hallelujah Trail (1965), The Green Berets (1968, with George Takei and Irene Tsu), Chisum (1970), The Train Robbers (1973, with Ricardo Montalban), The Shootist (1976), Convoy (1978, with Madge Sinclair, Seymour Cassel, Tom Huff, and stunts by Jophery C. Brown, Gary Combs, Robert Herron, Tom Lupo, Glenn R. Wilder, and Gilbert Combs), Conan the Barbarian (1982), Brainstorm (1983, with Louise Fletcher), Dragnet (1987, with Christopher Plummer, Bruce Gray, Jim Boeke, Josh Cruze, Juliana Donald, Jimmie F. Skaggs, Meg Wyllie, and stunts by Vince Deadrick, Mark De Alessandro, Corey Michael Eubanks, Allan Graf, and Hubie Kerns, Jr.), Police Academy 6: City Under Siege (1989), Tango & Cash (1989), and Hero (1992, with Richard Riehle).

He also performed in television series such as Gunsmoke, Lancer (1970, with Barbara Luna), Mannix (1974, with William Lucking), Starsky & Hutch (1978, with David Soul, Gary Lockwood, and Bob Minor), M*A*S*H (1979, with David Ogden Stiers and Keye Luke), Fantasy Island, NYPD Blue (1994, with Gordon Clapp, Sharon Lawrence, Barbara Bosson, and Alicia Coppola), and The $treet (2000).
