Jim Conners (17 May 1946–30 April 2003; age 56) was a stuntman and stunt actor who performed stunts in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.
He performed in films such as The Wild McCullochs (1975), Portrait of a Hitman (1977), Hooper (1978, with Brian Keith, Jim Burk and stunts by Buddy Joe Hooker, Bobby Bass, Janet Brady, Jophery C. Brown, Gary Combs, Gilbert Combs, Gary Epper, Tony Epper, Billy Hank Hooker, Tom Huff, Tom Lupo, Jimmy Ortega and directed by Hal Needham), Stroker Ace (1983), To Live and Die in L.A. (1985), Action Jackson (1988), Hook (1991), Loaded Weapon 1 (1993, with William Shatner, James Doohan, F. Murray Abraham, Charles Napier, Whoopi Goldberg and stunts by Greg Barnett, Manny Perry and Bernie Pock), Demolition Man (1993), and Roadflower (1994, with Michelle Forbes, Christopher McDonald, John Pyper-Ferguson and stunts by Steve Holladay, Buddy Joe Hooker, Joel Kramer, Johnny C. Meier, Noon Orsatti and Mic Rodgers).
He performed also in television series such as Vegas (1979) and The A-Team (1983, starring Dwight Schultz] and Melinda Culea, with Jophery C. Brown and Nick Dimitri).
Conners died at the age of 56 in Tujunga, California. [1]
