Jim Willoughby (22 April 1928–11 December 2004; age 76) [1] [2] was a cartoonist employed at Filmation studios as a layout artist on Star Trek: The Animated Series. He worked in the motion picture industry, first as a layout artist from 1976 to 1988, before moving on to be a storyboard artist from 1987 to 1994. At the time, he was a member of The Animation Guild Local 839 IATSE.
